  • Half Moon, a beer for all occasions. Brewed with plenty of wheat and oats, Half Moon pours bright, pale and cloudy. A blend of US and New Zealand hops provide refreshing notes of citrus, peaches and stone fruit. This beer is all about sessionability, so kick back and enjoy.

Third Eye
American Pale Ale
ABV: 5,2%

Malts: Pale Malt, Munich, Light Crystal & CaraPils

Hops: Cascade, Centennial & Blanc

Yeast: US-05

Inspired by the Adelaide Hills, Third Eye pays homage to the classic American Pale Ale style with its use of Cascade and Centennial hops. This provides the beer with its pine and grapefruit citrus foundation. These hops are then paired with German variety Blanc. The result is a juicy and fruity melon hop character. The beer then finishes with a prominent bitterness and dry finish.

India Pale Ale
ABV: 6.7%

Malts: American Ale, Vienna, Light Crystal, CaraPils

Hops: Centennial, Chinook, Azacca, Riwaka and Motueka

Yeast: US-05

An aggressively hopped IPA reminiscent of the West Coast. Pungent, resinous aromas of pine and citrus, pair with characterful tropical flavours of pineapple, mango and grapefruit.
Shaman’s Cure
American Stout
  • ABV: 5.6%
  • Malts: Maris Otter, Rolled Oats, Medium
  • Crystal, Munich, Carafa III, Pale Chocolate & Roasted Barley
  • Hops: UK East Kent Golding
  • Yeast: US-05
  • An all season stout. Brewed to a lower ABV without any compromise of flavour. It has a spicy and herbal hop presence from the EKG hops, and plenty of chocolate and roasted notes from the specialty malts. We’ve kept the body on the light side and the finish is dry, so this beer is still well suited to the warmer months.

Hops: Tradition & Pacifica

Draught is simply a crushable, clean beer. It’s brewed using the finest German Pilsner and South Australian grown Coopers Schooner malt. We’ve also selected hops noble in their characteristics, and fermented it with a clean lager yeast. The result is a refreshing, lightly floral, dry and crisp beer. Don’t think, just drink.

Unfiltered Pale Ale

  • A super crushable Pale Ale that is all about drinkability. The malt base has been kept to a bare minimum, using pale malt and a touch of wheat. A splash of Ekuanot was made late in the whirlpool, and we then loaded it up with a double dry hop of Azacca, Citra and Mandarina. The result is a pale that is pack full of fresh pineapple and mango notes, and a splash of zesty mandarin.
Forgotten Ritual

  • Malts: Pale Malt, Wheat, Oats & Golden Naked Oats
  • Hops: Cashmere & Nelson Sauvin
  • Yeast: US-05
  • An excessively dry hopped Pale Ale that is juicy and heavily hop hazed.
  • Fermented with a clean yeast strain, copious amounts of Cashmere and Nelson Sauvin were then added during the ferment to provide this beer with a bouquet of lime, tropical and white wine grape notes.
Perpetual Purgatory
Unfiltered Pilsner
ABV: 4.8%

Malts: Pilsner & CaraPils

Hops: Saphir & Pacifica

Yeast: S-23

This is no classical Pilsner. Brewed with a soft water profile and left unfiltered, Perpetual Purgatory is our take on the classic style. Pacifica and Saphir hops were selected for their nobel like characteristics. We added them late in the kettle, mid and post ferment. This has created a soft and luscious flavour profile that showcases notes of lemon curd and orange marmalade.
Paranormal Realm
Porter
  • ABV: 4.5%
  • Malts: Maris Otter, Munich, Medium Crystal, Wheat, CaraAroma, Naked Oats, Roasted Barley, Chocolate, Carafa III
  • Hops: Centennial, NZ Fuggle & Motueka
  • Yeast: US-05
  • Brewed to 4,5%, this Porter is super sessionable. The CaraAroma malt provides notes of dark fruit, some sweetness from the Naked Oats and light chocolate flavours. The hops then give this beer an earthy, herbal and spicy character, along with the light bitterness that compliments the roasted barley.
Wizard’s Wrath
West Coast IPA
  • ABV: 6.9%
  • Malts: Gladfield American Ale, Vienna
  • Hops: Citra, Mosaic & Idaho 7
  • Yeast: US-05
  • Packed full of hops from the Pacific Northwest, Wizards Wrath is a classic West Coast IPA. An all Gladfield malt base has been kept super light to make way for the hop profile. Loaded with Citra, Mosaic & Idaho 7, you’re greeted with both tropical and stone fruit flavours and aroma. In true West Coast IPA fashion, the finish is dry with a thirst quenching bitterness.
Afterlife
Double India Pale Ale
ABV: 7.5%

Malts: Pale Malt, Wheat, Rolled Oats

Hops: Azacca, Ekuanot & Simcoe

Yeast: US-05

Afterlife is a lucious DIPA that has been brewed with loads of wheat and oats to give it the hazy and juicy appearance. Three varieties of hops have been selected for their tropical and stone fruit flavours and aroma. We’ve thrown those hops into the kettle, mid and post ferment. The result is a punchy but smooth and clean flavour profile, with a low bitterness.

  • Yeast: US-05
  • An American IPA reminiscent of the West Coast. Classic in style, the Cascade and Centennial hops boast aromatics of pine and grapefruit citrus. Thanks to a generous dry hopping of Cashmere and Simcoe, you can expect stone fruit and tropical notes, followed by a classic IPA bitterness and dry finish.
