Session Pale Ale

  • Malts: Pale Malt, Wheat, Rolled Oats & CaraPils.
  • Hops: Citra & Wai-Iti & Tahiki
  • Yeast: BRY-97
  • Half Moon, a beer for all occasions. Brewed with plenty of wheat and oats, Half Moon pours bright, pale and cloudy. A blend of US and New Zealand hops provide refreshing notes of citrus, peaches and stone fruit. This beer is all about sessionability, so kick back and enjoy.

Third Eye
American Pale Ale
ABV: 5,2%

Malts: Pale Malt, Munich, Light Crystal & CaraPils

Hops: Idaho-7, Chinook, Cashmere & Mosaic

Yeast: BRY-97

Inspired by the Adelaide Hills, Third Eye pays homage to the classic American Pale Ale style with its use of Cascade and Centennial hops. This provides the beer with its pine and grapefruit citrus foundation. These hops are then paired with German variety Blanc. The result is a juicy and fruity melon hop character. The beer then finishes with a prominent bitterness and dry finish.

Future Light
Light Pale Ale
ABV: 2.9%

Malts: Golden Promise, Wheat, Oats, Cara pils & Munich

Hops: Citra, Sabro, Mosaic, Idaho-7 & Cascade

Yeast: East Coast Ale

We have taken everything we love from Pale Ale & IPA and packed it into a low in Alcohol Beer. Fermented with an East Coast Yeast, it’s soft and sessionable. All the Hops we’ve come to love form a bright, tropical & Citrus driven hop profile.

Solar Mist

  • At Uraidla Brewery, sessionability and balance are of upmost importance in every beer we brew. Back by popular demand, Solar Mist 4.8% session IPA has been revamped with a new hop combination of Idaho 7 and Mosaic. This crisp finished IPA is now unfiltered to bring you an explosive burst of its original qualities of Mango and Tropical Pineapple notes & hop aroma.
Oatmeal Stout

  • Malts: Pale Malt, Marris Otter, Oats, Dark Crystal, Medium Crystal, Chocolate Malt & Roasted Barley
  • Hops: Bittering
  • Yeast: BRY-97
  • Designed as an all season Oatmeal Stout, Moonlight lands at an ABV of 5,6%. It’s brewed with a heavy handed dose of oats for a smooth creaminess, that’s complemented by a touch of sweetness. Meanwhile, the bold use of roasted barley and chocolate malt provide big notes espresso and rich dark chocolate, finishing with some roasted bitterness.

American Amber Ale
