Purgatorio is an Italian twist on our beloved Purgatory Pilsner. A traditional dry hop addition of Tettnanger and Saaz provides a lively aromatic profile of herbs and fresh lemons peel that latch onto the pallet. The noble hop character is Balanced with just enough malt complexity and fermented long and cold with diamond lager yeast for a clean drinking experience. Although this beer is weaved with delicate nuances it is still best enjoyed ice cold in the sun, with a hot pizza by its side.
