This unfiltered Czech-style Pilsener is cellared for a minimum of 42 days and naturally carbonated. Brewed using traditional Bohemian Saaz hops and local Pilsner malt. An elegant bouquet of floral aroma is laced with a delicate, lively spice. Bound together by a hearty foundation of rustic bread crust. A long-lasting bitterness stimulates the palette for a moreish, refreshing finish.
